reroutingVpRemoteIncarnationNumber

Module: ATM-REROUTING-MIB

OID (symbolic): ATM-REROUTING-MIB::reroutingVpRemoteIncarnationNumber

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.353.5.9.3.1.1.3.1.9

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-only

Description: Indicates the current remote incarnation number associated with the call. The value contained in this object is the incarnation number of the last reroute setup that was received by this node for this call.

The value zero indicates that no reroute setup has been received for this call.

This object is not instantiated if this node is the source node of the call and symmetric soft rerouting is not activated for the call

What is reroutingVpRemoteIncarnationNumber?

Reports the sequence number from the most recent reroute setup message received from the remote node for an ATM VP call, used to synchronize rerouting state between endpoints. A value of zero means no reroute setup has been received yet.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.353.5.9.3.1.1.3.1.9
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> ATM-REROUTING-MIB::reroutingVpRemoteIncarnationNumber

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.353.5.9.3.1.1.3.1.9.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> ATM-REROUTING-MIB::reroutingVpRemoteIncarnationNumber.1

SNMPv3 example:

snmpget -v3 -l authPriv -u snmpv3-user -a SHA -A "AuthPassword1" -x AES -X "PrivPassword1" <target> reroutingVpRemoteIncarnationNumber.1
