This object shall be present only if CLP=0 traffic is separately policed.
What is atmfM4VpUpcNpcHistPassedClp0?
Counts the number of high-priority (CLP=0) ATM cells that passed CLP=0-specific UPC/NPC policing on a Virtual Path during a completed historical interval. This counter is only present when CLP=0 traffic is policed independently.
