What is atmfM4VccTpCreated?

This trap notification indicates that a VCC (Virtual Channel Connection) termination point has just been created in the ATM network. A VCC termination point represents one end of a logical virtual circuit connection and is created when a new call or connection is established. ATM network management systems receive this trap to track active connections, manage connection inventories, and correlate with call control events.
