What is atmfM4VcTestOwner?
This OID stores the name or identifier of whoever is currently allowed to run diagnostic tests on an ATM virtual circuit (a dedicated data connection). Only the owner can initiate tests to check the circuit's health. A telecom technician would set this when taking ownership of a circuit to perform maintenance diagnostics and would clear it when done to release control.
