What is atmfM4TcAlarmSeverityIndex?
Specifies which entry in the communications alarm severity profile table governs alarm severity assignments for an ATM transmission convergence (TC) layer interface. The default value is zero, and the index can be changed to apply a different severity profile to that interface.
