This object shall be present only if CLP=0 traffic is separately policed.
What is atmfM4VpUpcNpcCurrPassedClp0?
Reports the number of high-priority (CLP=0) ATM cells that have successfully passed the CLP=0-specific UPC/NPC policing during the current monitoring interval. This counter is only present when CLP=0 traffic is policed independently.
