This object shall be present only if CLP=0 traffic is separately policed.
What is atmfM4VcUpcNpcCurrDiscardedClp0?
Counts the number of high-priority (CLP=0) ATM cells discarded during the current interval due to UPC/NPC policing on a virtual channel, when CLP=0 traffic is policed separately. This helps distinguish loss of high-priority cells from overall cell discard.
