What is atmfM4LoggedAlarmBackedUp?

This boolean flag indicates whether a failed ATM equipment object had a backup copy available when the alarm was generated. It provides context to network managers about whether service was automatically protected through redundancy at the time of failure. This field only appears in the alarm log if the agent included it in the original trap notification.
