Description: The modem configuration state. SETs are allowed only if the corresponding modem slot card is enabled.

What is slotMdmItemConfig?

An enumeration controlling modem configuration (enable=2, disable=3, disableAndChannel=4). Configurable only if slot card is enabled. A value of enable=2 activates the modem.
