arubaWiredMstpPortRpvstFiltering
Module: ARUBAWIRED-MSTP-MIB
OID (symbolic): ARUBAWIRED-MSTP-MIB::arubaWiredMstpPortRpvstFiltering
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.47196.4.1.1.3.13.1.2.1.11
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: TruthValue
Access: read-write
Description: This value indicates whether or not Rpvst-proprietary BPDUs need to be filtered on this port and Rpvst filter option forces a port to always stay in the forwarding state and be excluded from standard STP operation. If the value is true(1) the received BPDUs will be dropped and no BPDUs will be transmitted on the port. If the value is false (2) the BPDUs will be processed as usual.
What is arubaWiredMstpPortRpvstFiltering?
A TruthValue read-write object filtering Rapid-PVSt BPDUs on this port without disabling. It maintains forwarding while blocking proprietary packets. Setting to true(1) drops Rapid-PVSt packets.
