Discontinuities in the value of this counter can occur at re-initialization of the management system, and at other times as indicated by the value of aristaSwFwdIpStatsDiscontinuityTime.
What is aristaSwFwdIpStatsOutTransmits?
Counts the total number of IP datagrams (both locally generated and forwarded) that the software layer handed off to lower network layers for actual transmission. This is the primary outbound IP throughput counter.
