Discontinuities in the value of this counter can occur at re-initialization of the management system, and at other times as indicated by the value of aristaSwFwdIpStatsDiscontinuityTime.
What is aristaSwFwdIpStatsHCOutTransmits?
A 64-bit high-capacity version of aristaSwFwdIpStatsOutTransmits, providing the same total outbound IP datagram count in software but with a wider counter to avoid wrap-around on high-speed links.
