Description: The number of IP broadcast datagrams transmitted by software. This object counts the same datagrams as aristaSwFwdIpStatsOutBcastPkts, but allows for larger values.
Discontinuities in the value of this counter can occur at re-initialization of the management system, and at other times as indicated by the value of aristaSwFwdIpStatsDiscontinuityTime.
What is aristaSwFwdIpStatsHCOutBcastPkts?
A high-capacity (64-bit) counter for IP broadcast datagrams transmitted by the software forwarding engine, extending aristaSwFwdIpStatsOutBcastPkts to prevent counter rollover at high packet rates.
