Discontinuities in the value of this counter can occur at re-initialization of the management system, and at other times as indicated by the value of aristaSwFwdIpStatsDiscontinuityTime.

A 64-bit high-capacity version of aristaSwFwdIpStatsInDelivers, counting the same successfully delivered IP datagrams but supporting higher values to prevent counter wrap-around on high-speed interfaces.
