Description: The table contains the most recent inactive sessions, up to a maximum of SessionTableSize entries. The bounds of this table at any given time are described by the variables InactiveLowest and InactiveHighest. This table is ordered by session serial number. As new entries are appended to the bottom of the table, the inactive entries with the oldest termination time get aged out from near the top of the table.
