What is pppIsdnConfigPassiveIPCP?
This Boolean enables passive IPCP mode, where the local interface waits for the peer to initiate IPCP negotiation before sending its own Configure-Request. Network engineers enable this for secondary devices to avoid race conditions in simultaneous startup. Passive mode delays IP configuration slightly but prevents negotiation deadlocks.
