What is pppIsdnConfigAllowPeerIPAddress?

This Boolean allows the remote peer to specify its own IP address during IPCP negotiation instead of being assigned one. Network engineers enable this for dynamic environments where the peer brings its own address. When disabled, the configured remote IP is forced.
