What is pppConfigVJEnabled?
A boolean flag enabling Van Jacobson TCP/IP header compression (RFC 1144) negotiation in IPCP, compressing TCP/IP headers to 2-3 bytes instead of 40. Improves performance on low-bandwidth links; both directions must agree. Example: enable on dial-up or satellite links.
