What is pppConfigPassiveLCPTimeout?

An integer (50-3000 ms) setting the timeout for passive LCP mode before the local device initiates Configure-Request if the peer hasn't sent one. Prevents indefinite waiting while gracefully handling quiet peers. Example: 500ms for LAN, 2000ms for WAN recovery.
