What is pppConfigPassiveIPCPTimeout?

An integer (50-3000 ms) specifying the timeout for passive IPCP mode before the local device initiates Configure-Request if the peer hasn't sent one. Prevents indefinite waiting. Example: 500ms for responsive peers, 2000ms for slow responders.
