Description: The value of this object is the GPS Time the APEX is given via user entry. The time is reported in GPS seconds. This time is ONLY used when the APEX is set to Internal time mode.
Once written, the change to this parameter will take immediate effect.

What is apexUserSuppliedTime?
Allows a user to manually set the GPS time (in seconds) on the APEX device when it is configured for internal time mode. This value is only applied when the device is not using SNTP for time synchronization.
