Once written, the change to this parameter will only take immediate effect after apexRtspConfMhaSbeApplyChange is set to 'apply'. In order for the change to persist through subsequent reboots or power cycles, the change must be saved via the apexSaveConfig parameter.

What is apexRtspConfMhaSbeApsLevel?
Sets the Analog Protection System (APS) level for session-based PRK messages when not defined in the XML encryption blob, determining the copy protection encoding applied to the analog composite output by the set-top box. This enforces analog output content protection policies.
