Description: This parameter is used to configure RDS2 server ECM retry time. This value defines when the next retry will be performed by the host. Units are seconds.
Once written, the change to this parameter will only take immediate effect after apexRdsConfigApplyChange is set to 'apply'. In order for the change to persist through subsequent reboots or power cycles, the change must be saved via apexSaveConfig.

What is apexRdsInitialEcmRetryInterval?
Sets the number of seconds the APEX device waits before retrying an ECM (Entitlement Control Message) request to the RDS-2 server after an initial failure. The configured value only takes effect after apexRdsConfigApplyChange is set to 'apply'.
