Description: The Operational Time is the time in seconds since the APEX completed the boot sequence. It is the time that the APEX has been operational.

What is apexOperationalTime?

Reports the number of seconds elapsed since the APEX device completed its boot sequence and became operational. This serves as an uptime counter indicating how long the device has been running since its last restart.
