A row in this table corresponds to the same row index in the GBE Input Data Stream table.
This parameter MUST be set to 'apply' in order for any of the data in the GBE Input Data Stream Table row to take effect in the APEX. This parameter MUST be set LAST after all other data in the GBE Input Data Stream Table row has been configured.

What is apexGbeConfigInputDataTsApplyChange?
Commits pending configuration changes for a row in the GbE Input Data Stream table; changes do not take effect until this object is set to 'apply'. This ensures that multiple parameters can be staged together and activated atomically.
