What is apexFastEnetInsPacketsTotDiscarded?
Reports the cumulative total number of MPEG packets discarded on this output transport stream due to Fast Ethernet overflow conditions since the counter was last reset. This stream-level counter complements the per-port discard counter for pinpointing where drops occur.
