Description: This setting enables or disables apexAlarmRtspControllerCommFault.
When set to 'enabled' the alarm will operate as described.
When set to 'disabled' the alarm will not be reported or wrapped into unitAlarmStatus and the alarm condition will remain 'ok'. If the alarm condition is not 'ok' when it is 'disabled', the alarm will be cleared.
Once written, the change to this parameter will take immediate effect. However, in order for the change to persist through subsequent reboots or power cycles, the change must be saved via the apexSaveConfig parameter.

What is apexEnableRtspControllerCommFault?
Controls whether the device reports a fault when communication with the RTSP (Real Time Streaming Protocol) controller is lost or disrupted. When enabled, a loss of RTSP controller connectivity will trigger an alarm, indicating that on-demand session control may be impaired.
