Description: This setting enables or disables apexAlarmQamRfPortFault.
When set to 'enabled' the alarm will operate as described.
When set to 'disabled' the alarm will not be reported or wrapped into unitAlarmStatus and the alarm condition will remain 'ok'. If the alarm condition is not 'ok' when it is 'disabled', the alarm will be cleared.
Once written, the change to this parameter will take immediate effect. However, in order for the change to persist through subsequent reboots or power cycles, the change must be saved via the apexSaveConfig parameter.

What is apexEnableQamRfPortFault?
Controls whether the device monitors individual QAM RF output ports for faults. When enabled, a failure on any RF output port — such as a hardware error or loss of RF signal — will raise an alarm and contribute to the unit alarm status.
