Access: read-write

Description: This setting enables or disables apexAlarmQamModuleFault.

When set to 'enabled' the alarm will operate as described.

When set to 'disabled' the alarm will not be reported or wrapped into unitAlarmStatus and the alarm condition will remain 'ok'. If the alarm condition is not 'ok' when it is 'disabled', the alarm will be cleared.

Once written, the change to this parameter will take immediate effect. However, in order for the change to persist through subsequent reboots or power cycles, the change must be saved via the apexSaveConfig parameter.

What is apexEnableQamModuleFault?

Enables or disables fault monitoring for the QAM (Quadrature Amplitude Modulation) hardware module. When enabled, any internal hardware fault detected on the QAM modulator module will trigger an alarm and be reflected in the unit's overall health status.
