Description: This setting enables or disables apexAlarmGbeLossOfInputStream.
When set to 'enabled' the alarm will operate as described.
When set to 'disabled' the alarm will not be reported or wrapped into unitAlarmStatus and the alarm condition will remain 'ok'. If the alarm condition is not 'ok' when it is 'disabled', the alarm will be cleared.
Once written, the change to this parameter will take immediate effect. However, in order for the change to persist through subsequent reboots or power cycles, the change must be saved via the apexSaveConfig parameter.

What is apexEnableGbeLossOfInputTsFault?
Enables or disables the alarm that fires when a GbE input transport stream is completely lost. When enabled, the device will report a fault and update the unit alarm status any time an expected input stream stops arriving.
