What is apexEnableGbeBufferFullness?
Controls whether the Gigabit Ethernet buffer fullness alarm is active on the APEX device. When enabled, the system will raise an alert and contribute to the overall unit alarm status if GbE receive buffers reach a critically high fill level; when disabled, the alarm is suppressed and the condition is always reported as OK.
