Description: If this value is on(1), then whenever the average response for this LU exceeds aperTnServRtmPerAlsThresholdTrigger, then an excessive response time trap will be generated to the manage. This causes the state to become off(2). The management station must reset this trigger in order to rearm this trap.

What is aperTnServRtmPerAlsThresholdTriggerState?

Enables or disables sending an excessive-response-time trap when the LU's average response time exceeds the configured threshold; the state auto-disables after firing and must be re-enabled by the management station.
