aperTnServRtmDefaultControl

Module: APERTUS-TNSERVER-MIB

OID (symbolic): APERTUS-TNSERVER-MIB::aperTnServRtmDefaultControl

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.543.3.1.4.1.3

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-write

Description: This is the initial value of the control when an ALS is activated, which determines whether the host or the tnserver controls write access to the values in the RtmTable. If controlled by host, the ability to clear the counters and change the boundary values is set by the HOST. If locally controlled, requests from the host to control the RTM state and parameters are rejected by the tnserver. If this value is changed while an ALS is active, the ALS will need to be stopped and then restarted for the new value to take effect for that ALS.

What is aperTnServRtmDefaultControl?

Sets the default control setting applied when an ALS is activated, determining whether the host or the tnserver controls write access to RTM table values such as clearing counters or changing boundaries.
