What is vStpInsPortRestrictedRole?
This writable boolean prevents (1) or allows (2) this port from becoming a root port, forcing it to be alternate/backup. Engineers enable this on backup links to the root to ensure primary paths win, preventing unintended root port changes. Useful for enforcing path preferences.
