What is vStpInsPortEnable?
This writable boolean enables (1) or disables (2) STP on this specific port, allowing emergency topology bypasses. Engineers disable STP temporarily on edge ports or isolated segments to avoid convergence delays. Re-enabling it (1) resumes normal STP operation and loop prevention.
