Description: Upon intiliazation of the port, this will be the default setting of the operational edge status of the port. May change depending on AutoEdge setting. Will not change status after link is up on port.
What is vStpInsPortAdminEdge?
This writable boolean enables (1) or disables (2) edge port status, where enabled ports skip listening/learning and go straight to forwarding. Engineers enable this on access ports known to have no bridges downstream, enabling sub-second convergence. Disable on uplinks to core.
