Description: This time value determines the interval length during which no more than two Configuration bridge PDUs shall be transmitted by this instance, in units of hundredths of a second.
What is vStpInsHoldTime?
This read-only timer limits how many configuration BPDUs can be sent per hello interval, preventing STP flood in unstable topologies. Network engineers see this as a congestion-control mechanism; values are typically 100 (1 second max). If this is too restrictive, STP convergence slows during rapid topology changes.
