What is alaVfcQInstanceWRPAdminState?
Controls whether the WRED (Weighted Random Early Detection) congestion-avoidance profile is administratively enabled or disabled for a specific queue in a Qset. Disabling it turns off WRED-based packet dropping for that queue.
