What is esmHybridPortCfgDuplexMode?
Configurable duplex mode: full (simultaneous tx/rx), half (alternate), or auto. Full-duplex eliminates collisions; half-duplex only in legacy scenarios. Auto negotiates during link establishment; GigaEthernet forces full-duplex.
