What is ddmTxOutputPowerLowWarning?
Indicates the transmit output power threshold (in 1/1000ths of a dBm) below which a low-warning alert is triggered for the SFP/XFP transceiver. A declining Tx power level can be an early sign of laser degradation or poor fiber connection.
