What is ddmPortTxOutputPowerHiAlarm?
Reports the high-alarm threshold for transmit optical output power on an SFP/XFP transceiver, expressed in thousandths of dBm. When the actual Tx power exceeds this threshold, a high-alarm condition is triggered; a value of -200000 means the threshold is not applicable for this port.
