Description: The value of sysUpTime at the time of the last creation, deletion or modification of an entry in the alarmModelTable.

If the number and content of entries has been unchanged since the last re-initialization of the local network management subsystem, then the value of this object MUST be zero.

What is alarmModelLastChanged?

Reports the value of sysUpTime at the moment the alarm model table was last modified, whether by adding, removing, or changing an entry. Management stations can poll this value to determine whether the alarm model has changed since the last synchronization.
