Description:
This object identifies the resource that was under alarm.
If there is no corresponding resource, then the value of this object MUST be 0.0.
What is alarmClearResourceId?
Identifies the specific managed resource (via an OID) that was in an alarm state before the alarm was cleared. If no corresponding resource object exists, the value is set to the null OID 0.0.
