What is alarmClearEngineID?

Identifies the SNMP engine that originally generated a now-cleared alarm, allowing management systems to trace the alarm back to its source device. For alarms originating from SNMPv1 systems, this field contains an empty string since SNMPv1 does not carry an engine ID.
