Description:
The value of sysUpTime at the time of the last alarm clear for this alarm list. If no alarm clears have occurred since the last re-initialization of the local network management subsystem, then this object contains a zero value.
What is alarmActiveStatsLastClear?
Records the system uptime timestamp (sysUpTime) at the moment the most recent alarm was cleared from this alarm list. A value of zero indicates that no alarm clears have occurred since the last management subsystem restart.
