What is alarmActiveStatsActives?

This read-only counter returns the total number of active alarms that have been generated since the system was restarted, providing a lifetime count of alarm events. It uses the ZeroBasedCounter32 type which resets to zero after reaching maximum value, allowing tracking of alarm activity over the system uptime. Network monitoring systems use this metric to track overall system stability and alarm trends.
