What is alarmActiveLastChanged?

This OID records the system uptime timestamp of the last moment when an alarm was created or removed. It shows when the set of active alarms last changed. A monitoring system operator reviewing alarm history would use this timestamp to correlate alarm changes with maintenance windows or network events.
