What is agentPortPhysicalStatus?
This read-only enumeration reports actual negotiated port speed: autonegotiate(1), half10(2), full10(3), half100(4), full100(5), etc. Shows what was actually negotiated. Example: full100(5) = 100Mbps full-duplex active.
