Description: This variable shows the overall status of each DS0.
There are 24 octets, each corresponding to a single
DS0.

These are the values for the different status states
in each octet:

Value(decimal) Status
-------------- ------
0 Unallocated

What is adATLAST1IfDS0Status?

This 24-byte octet string contains the operational status of all 24 DS0 voice/data channels on the T1, with each byte representing one channel (values 0-4 for unallocated, inactive, signaling mismatch, active B-channel, or active D-channel). Engineers check this to understand which channels are in use and whether there are configuration mismatches between local and remote equipment. For example, if byte position 3 has value 3, it means DS0 channel 3 is actively carrying a B-channel (bearer channel) for voice or data.
