What is adGenAOSQoSPriorityRateLimiterMaxBudget?
This is a read-only setting that defines the maximum burst budget that can accumulate for this rate limiter. Engineers set this during configuration to control how much traffic can be transmitted in a single burst. A maximum of 1 MB means the bucket fills up to hold 1 MB of burst capacity.
